Gangaur Prints will never ask for sensitive information such as OTPs, passwords, or bank details.

📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and quick resolution of any concerns, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement request.
Important Instructions:

The video must start with the sealed parcel, clearly showing the shipping label.

The entire process of opening the package must be recorded continuously.

No cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions are allowed.

Any defect, damage, or issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims will not be accepted without a full, unedited unboxing video.

Returns are not accepted for worn, washed, altered, or used products.

Natural color bleeding or rubbing (especially in vegetable or traditional dyes)
🎨 Color Variations

Minor color variations (up to 10%) may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
💰 Return Charges

Standard return shipping fee: ₹99 per product (for returns not related to quality defects)
Please note: Sale items and international orders are non-returnable.
🔁 Refunds & Exchanges

Refund processing begins within 24–48 hours after approval by our Quality Check Team.

Refunds are issued as:

Store wallet credit note (valid for 1 year), or

Bank transfer / UPI (as applicable)

Exchanges are allowed only for unused, like-new items.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
🚚 Sending the Product Back
🔹 Reverse Pickup

If available, Gangaur Prints will arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.

The complete process may take 7–14 business days.
🔹 Self-Shipment (If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available)
